[this is good]
And that is why you'll only ever see my kitties, my knitting and the odd miscellaneous commentary on my blog. :-D

I was just about to email you when I saw your comment! Great minds think alike. I am still working on learning how to download the pics from my camera (see Tech NO) I am working on my skill set daily.Just learned how to load my ipod. I'm only about 5 years behind the tech curve. Now if everyone would just stop INVENTING NEW THINGS, I could maybe catch up!

So, my bag that I knitted is coming, and I am working on a plaid bag to match my "new" green and plaid (inside) Tibbett wool coat. Since I can't read a pattern I have to make it up. We shall see.

On another note, I Know you read mostly non-fiction, but I am reading "When Red is Black" by Qiu Xiaolong about China. The culture and history are practically a character. Very interesting. Must run, will speak to you later, M

Actually, I read lots of fiction too - well, not a lot lately, but I'm getting back into it. I've started Rockbound (on my book list) and Bram Stoker's Dracula. I'm not usually a horror fan, but it's quite interesting so far!

"When Red is Black" sounds quite interesting. I'm not really a mystery fan, but if it portrays life in modern China, I'd definitely consider picking up a copy. I've read quite a bit on Maoism and the Cultural Revolution, but as for China in 2009 ... not so much.

As for the digital camera thing, I can take the pictures, plug the camera into the computer and save them to our hard drive. If I can do it, I know you can - I'm rooting for ya! :-D
